System Description :
- Main Construction: The closed construction is in SS304 with 250 litres tank capacity, 4 Kw pump and POM conveyor chain material to reduce the friction load and avoid the temp losses. The system is equipped with two heater elements with digital display.
- Rising Section: In the rising section the system has flat nozzles with 0.5 mm cavity to have spread spray. The adjustable features give advantage to adjust the nozzles as per requirement.
- Conveyor System: The conveyor material is POM, which is food grade material to maintain the hygiene in the machine. Due to POM the conveyor chain weight is reduced, which reduces the motor power and hence the energy consumption.
